Overview
Evolve’s October 3rd release introduces an updated Publish modal and enhancements to the Managed by Exceed user interface. This redesign simplifies the Managed by Exceed workflow, making it easier than ever to publish content to the Intellum platform.
Note: These updates only impact Evolve customers with a linked Intellum account.
What’s New
The multi-step process of selecting the “Exceed” option from the bottom of the Publish page to access the Managed by Exceed setting has been replaced by a syncing icon at the top of the course editor.
How It Works
Follow the steps below to set a course to be Managed by Exceed.
- Within the Evolve course editor, click on the Syncing Icon located to the left of the Publish button.
- Click the Set as Managed by Exceed button in the dropdown.
- In the popup modal, set a title and select and an Exceed instance, then click Set as Managed by Exceed.
- Once the process is complete, a success message appears in the bottom right corner and Synced to Exceed displays next to the course title.
- Select Advanced Options from the sync icon dropdown to set course properties such as “Use Inline Mode”.
