Once you've created and listed a BlueJeans meeting event, users enroll in and access the meeting through the Events tab in learner navigation.
Users that enroll in your event get access to the join link for your BlueJeans meeting within the Intellum platform.
Users may be prompted to download the BlueJeans app, and asked to enter their email address used in the Intellum platform, before the BlueJeans meeting is launched.
The platform can also be set up to trigger an enrollment email when a user enrolls in a BlueJeans meeting event. The email includes the BlueJeans meeting information - including the join link - and is sent to the email address listed in their Intellum profile.
Users who have requested to join the waitlist for a BlueJeans meeting event will not receive an enrollment email until their waitlist request has been approved.
