As an Intellum administrator, Evolve author, or learner on the platform, you can access Experience directly from the Intellum account on your organization's instance of the platform or by following external links.


Access Experience Directly

Unrestricted and Restricted Admin can access the Client Experience through the Help link found in the user profile menu in your Intellum account.

Follow these steps to log in to Experience:

  • Log into your Intellum account instance.
  • Switch to Admin view.
  • Open the user profile menu and click Help.

You are directed to the Client Experience.


Access Experience Externally

When you want to follow a link to a page Experience and you are logged out, you'll log in with your account's subdomain or custom domain.

Note: You can find your account's domains in your browser's address bar when you log in to your own Intellum account. It might be [yourcompany].exceedlms.com.

To log in using your domain follow these steps:

  • Enter your Domain in the space provided.
  • Click Continue.
  • Once redirected to your account's login screen, log in as usual.
  • You'll be redirected to the Experience page you're trying to access.

Note: If your organization uses a custom domain like learn.yourcompany.com, enter that in the Domain field.
