Cloud Sync Courses - Reset Enrollment Process
Customers with Cloud Sync Evolve courses in the Intellum Platform now have the option to reset In-progress enrollments. Previously when certain changes were made to a course in Evolve, after syncing to the platform learners were not able to continue their progress. This feature, accessed in the platform via the course’s Enrollments tab, allows admins to select one or more In-progress users and choose “Reset Enrollment Progress” from the dropdown menu. Learners that have not started or have already completed the course will be unaffected.
