Intellum Support assists clients with their requests and questions via ZenDesk. Clients can submit support tickets to ZenDesk, also known as the Intellum Help Desk, to explain their inquiries and receive aid in a timely manner.

Please note that the article is visible only to the admins of your organization. Only designated admins can submit support tickets.

Additionally, end users who are not clients are unable to send in support tickets. If you are an end user, contact a site admin.
